Brisa Stays was founded by three entrepreneurs with backgrounds in hospitality, property management, and international business. Together, we created a property management service tailored for homeowners who value peace of mind, privacy, and premium guest experiences.

 

Rooted in the Axarquía region, we understand the local market, the seasonality, and the expectations of a discerning high-end clientele. With our own proven track record as property managers, and as homeowners who have also worked with property managers ourselves, we understand both sides of the relationship. This unique perspective allows us to anticipate what truly matters to owners and to design a model that eliminates the usual frustrations.

On top of that, you remain free to enjoy your home yourself for the rest of the year, whenever you choose. And if rental results exceed expectations, for example through higher occupancy or stronger rates, you also receive a performance bonus on top.
